About Laura

Hi!

 

My name is Laura, and I am a California State Licensed Family in-home Childcare provider, who is CPR/First Aid Certified and loves working with children! I specialize in caring for children from 2 months old to 5 years old, for the last 10 years.

​

In addition to my experience caring for children, I am also a mother of two (an 11 year old and a 16 year old), giving me the real, "hands-on" 24/7 experience! We are a very healthy and active family that loves being outdoors and spending quality time together.

In my early years, I was a top former competitive distance runner, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Sports medicine.

I changed my career as a Patient Care Coordinator to have my own daycare, because I truly find complete enjoyment caring for children! I pride myself in creating a nurturing, loving, and safe atmosphere, with plenty of play and exploration to help develop children’s cognitive, physical, fine and gross motor skills, as well as their emotional well being.

I simply adore children and babies, and would be delighted to care for yours. I look forward to speaking and meeting with you.
